DO NOT STEAM 

• if you are pregnant

• during your menstrual cycle

• if your immune system is fighting any illness

• if you have an IUD, ring or coil

• if you have an arm implant (birth control)

STOP STEAMING 

• if you start feeling generally ill, lightheaded, dizzy, nauseous, short of breath, intense sudden headache or if your body tells you to STOP

• drink lots of water and DO NOT steam longer than 45 Min.
