MY MISSION. is to provide you with  raw ingredients and healthier food alternatives and assist you with your transition into a healthier lifestyle....Born and raised on the island of St.Croix USVI Janet Frederick has always been fascinated with the world of health and beauty,,she created (Lulu's Holistics) a handmade  skincare company that uses natural and organic ingredients  in their skincare products that treat different skin disorders.


To complete her journey full circle  into the practice of holistic healing she decided to expand and thus creating Happy Belly Vegan Bowl, a place where she can share recipes and the benefits of herbs and clean eating whilst utilizing healthy raw ingredients. Her motto is that healing starts from the inside, what you put inside your body eventually shows up on the surface.Food should be utilized as medicine, preventative and/or treatment.
