DAMAGES, customers are advised to send picture(s) of any damaged item or items within 24 hours of receiving package. Items are deemed non-refundable or exchangeable after 24 hours.
MISSING ITEMS, customer have 24 hours after receiving package to report any missing items, or any other issues and dispute after said day items will not be retrievable
FDA our products are not approved by the FDA please consult with your physician before use
PRE-ORDERS all pre-orders will be open then closed within a stated time depending on volume, shipping usually begins within 2-3 weeks, a tracking number will be provided once items are shipped
RETURN ORDERS customers are responsible to pay a reshipping fee if package is returned to us due to insufficient address (this still applies if customer did not enter the apt.#) any package return and not paid for within 1 week will be refunded minus the shipping fee and a restock fee of 15% will be deducted from refund.
